After reading a bad review of this place, followed by an absolutely hilarious and solid reply, we decided to head over to this place for Sunday dinner. Met with lovely service, even some very welcome light hearted banter, we were welcomed into a beautiful and authentic old pub, oak beams and open fire the lot. Got there pretty late, schoolboy error as only had Roast pork left. Wasn't disappointed at all, lovely cosy pub roast, great homely atmosphere. So seems a bad review has earned this place new and future repeat customers.
Visited for lunch. Lovely old building just to our taste. Food and service excellent. Parking very difficult.
Held my parents 65th wedding anniversary here. We had 22 friends and family for a 3 course meal, some family also stayed the night. We heard lots of good comments of how nice the food was and how smooth the service was. We also really appreciated the history the place held within its decoration. The owners were really accommodating in helping us organise the room for the event. The waitresses went above and beyond to make sure everyone was catered for. Hidden little gem , would recommend to others for a drink, meal or event.
Amazing stay at Cross Keys Chatteris! Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is charming, with a perfect blend of traditional English pub ambiance and modern comforts. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday roast. We were lucky enough to be there on the night of the monthly pub quiz, which was so entertaining! I can't wait to return!

Lovely stay here a few weeks ago - staff were lovely, the room was gorgeous and the bed was bloody comfortable! Definitely a place to stay when visiting Chatteris
We recently held a family event in one of the small side rooms in the restaurant area of the Cross Keys, can't fault the staff, everyone was super polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Most importantly of all the food was really good. I personally had the chicken curry which was so tasty. Being local, we will most certainly be back for food and won't hesitate to recommend to others.
